Columbine Hills
Columbine Hills was the first neighborhood built in South Jefferson County. Located on the southeast corner of Ken Caryl Ave. and Pierce St., it was built in seven filings from the early 1960s to the mid-1970s. Prices run from $175,000 to $290,000.
