Columbine West
Columbine West is one of south Jefferson county's oldest neighborhoods. It's located on the west side of Pierce St. between Ken Caryl Ave. and Coal Mine Ave. Built in the early to mid-1970s, the homes range from $180,000 to $265,000. The neighborhood has a pool maintained by the Foothills Park and Recreation district.
