It's located on the west side of Pierce St. between Ken Caryl Ave. and Coal Mine Ave. Built in the early to mid-1970s, the homes range from $180,000 to $265,000. The neighborhood has a pool and tennis courts maintained by the Foothills Park and Recreation district.
