Mission Viejo
Mission Viejo is a planned community built in 16 filings in the early 1970s to mid 1980s with a wide variety of homes valued from $110,000 to $300,000. This large neighborhood (with a newsletter circulation of 2,100) is located in the city of Aurora just south of Hampden, east of Chambers. It is in the Cherry Creek School District, and has a large and active Neighborhood Watch.
