Tiffany is a neighborhood of single family homes with enforced covenants. Tiffany is across the street from Highlands 460, another one of our HOAs, on the north side of Dry Creek Rd. just east of University Ave. near Arapahoe High School. The neighborhood is very close to the Streets of SouthGlenn. The homes were built in the early 1980s and start around $400,000.
