We publish newsletters for clients other than HOAs. For example, we are designing and publishing a monthly newsletter for an elementary school PTA. We also work with non-profit and for-profit businesses to write, edit, design and prepare newsletters, brochures, business cards and product sheets for publication. We've designed calendars for the Jefferson County Safe and Drug-Free Schools program featuring the artwork of students. We also have experience designing and publishing catalogs and directories.

We can handle most of your printing in-house. For projects beyond our capabilities, we work with several printers in town and know of excellent, less expensive, reliable companies on the Internet for things like a large quantity of business cards, postcards or brochures.

Writing & editing

Most people struggle with writing, grammar and punctuation. Your written material is a customer's first impression of your business. Badly written brochures and ad copy with misspelled words, words that are capitalize when they shouldn't be and bad sentence structure give the reader the impression that you are less than professional - no matter what your business! Properly written material is just as important whether you're a CPA, dentist, Realtor or financial planner as it is for a handyman, plumber, electrician, lawn care specialist or painter.

If you've been using your existing brochure, ad or flyer for a long time, this might be the time to rewrite and redesign it to avoid having people pass over it without giving it a second glance. Solid writing and good design can prevent a negative reaction as they throw it in the trash.

Printing

4-color printing

We use a Ricoh laser color printer for our four-color printing. The cost to run four-color jobs is dependent on how much color the artwork has. Our clients often use black ink with limited color to keep their costs down. Our equipment has a unique feature. We can run your artwork through the printer and it will tell us what our cost-per-copy is so we can give you a custom quote. Black/white printing

We use a high-speed duplicator for our black/white printing. Our duplicator only uses black ink, but we stock a large variety of colored paper and can custom order paper for you. We also offer folding and collating services. Turn around for most jobs is just a few days.
