To place an ad in our HOA newsletters, you can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (preferred) or call us at 303-979-7499. Type out what you would like your classified ad to say, or attach a high resolution PDF of your display ad and email it to email@example.com.
If you would like us to design an ad for you, we are more than happy to help you! See our rates under the "Graphic Design" tab on the main menu. The deadline to submit an ad is the 15th of the month prior to publication, except our January edition has a deadline of December 6th.

Inserts must be a full, 8.5" x 11" sheet and can be printed on both sides.
No Card Stock. Inserts may not be larger than 8.5"x11".
All inserts must be printed on the same type/weight of paper. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
$4.00/line for all newspapers except:
$3.00/line for Alpers Farm, Palisade, Panorama Ridge, Summit Ridge, Peninsula, Tiffany & Woodbury Hills.
$5.00/line for Meadowood, Mission Viejo, and Sheridan.
To submit a classified ad, please e-mail your wording (approximately 40-45 characters fit on one line) to us at email@example.com. We will help you make it the number of lines that works best for you. You can also call us at 303-979-7499 if you have any questions.
The most effective way to use homeowner's association/neighborhood newsletters to build your business is to be consistent. Since they are monthly publications, it is more effective to be in a few newsletters for 3 - 6 months than to go into a lot of them for one month and then stop. Because of this, we offer discounts for long-term advertising.
*You may change your ad at any time even if you have paid for your advertising in advance. Just call us by the 15th of the month for the next month's issue (except for January, the deadline is December 6th).
Please keep in mind that when you design your ad, it must be "camera-ready." This means that you need to send us your ad in a PDF format, high resolution and high quality. We cannot accept a Microsoft Publisher or Word file. If you create your ad in Publisher or Word, you must save that file as a high quality (300dpi) PDF before e-mailing it to us.
You can usually create a PDF through the "Print" dialog box. If that option is not available, you can go to www.PrimoPDF.com to download a free program that will then give you
the PDF option from the "Print" dialog box in Publisher and Word.
After you have PrimoPDF downloaded, you can open your Publisher or Word file, select "Print", and choose PrimoPDF from the Printer Name box. After clicking "Print", it will ask you to save your file.
Now you have a PDF to e-mail to us!
