CA ADVERTISING RATES



To place an ad in our HOA newsletters, you can either email us at getinfo@coloradolasertype.com (preferred) or call us at 303-979-7499. Type out what you would like your classified ad to say, or attach a high resolution PDF of your display ad and email it to getinfo@coloradolasertype.com.

If you would like us to design an ad for you, we are more than happy to help you! See our rates under the "Graphic Design" tab on the main menu. The deadline to submit an ad is the 15th of the month prior to publication, except our January edition has a deadline of December 6th.

CA CLASSIFIED AD RATES

$4.00/line (approximately 40 characters per line)

To submit a classified ad, please e-mail your wording to us at getinfo@coloradolasertype.com. We will help you make it the number of lines that works best for you. You can also call us at 303-979-7499 if you have any questions.

CA ADVERTISING DISCOUNTS

The most effective way to use homeowner's association/neighborhood newsletters to build your business is to be consistent. Since they are monthly publications, it is more effective to run for 3 - 6 months. Because of this, we offer discounts for long-term advertising.

RECEIVE A 10% DISCOUNT FOR:

  • Running for 3 months, prepaid for all 3 months.
  • Running your ad as a "Standing Order." We will run it every month unless you call to tell us not to. "Standing Orders" are either charged on your credit card monthly or billed monthly.

OTHER DISCOUNTS:

  • Pay for one year in advance and get two months FREE!

*You may change your ad at any time even if you have paid for your advertising in advance. Just call us by the 15th of the month for the next month's issue (except for January, the deadline is December 6th).

CA PRINT-READY ART POLICY

Please keep in mind that when you design your ad, it must be "print-ready." This means that you need to send us your ad in a PDF format, high resolution and high quality. We cannot accept a Microsoft Publisher or Word file. If you create your ad in Publisher or Word, you must save that file as a high quality (300dpi) PDF before e-mailing it to us.
